This year's fundraising proceeds will benefit Rick Smazniak and his battle with Crohn's Disease.

This year's CHBC Annual Golf Fundraiser will benefit Rick Smazniak & his family. Rick has been a longtime participant of our annual fundraiser.  He has been battling Crohn's disease for several years, all while he and his wife, Emily, became foster parents to three children.  Recently, Rick underwent multiple surgeries which resulted in a very lengthy hospital stay. Due to these complications, he has experienced loss of income on top of accruing medical bills. The money raised from this tournament will help support the family's needs at this time.
